*Colorful name for an Irish style stew tradionally made with a capon (a castrated male chicken, usually killed at about 10 months) instead made with Seitan. The highlight in preparation was after the whisky was added and then flambed. A true Iron Chef like moment...The kids wanted me to do it again.
